The theme of 2013:"Building on our successes:integrating best practices in providing Accessibility, Equitability and Quality health care!".
Rev. Abba Hagos Hayish, GeneralSecretary of Ethiopian Catholic Secretariat opened the meeting with prayer reminding what the Catholic Church has been working together with the government of Ethiopia to develop the health care in the country.
